Dr. Ann Marie
Dr. Ann Marie is a registered School Psychologist, who works with children, adolescents, and young adults. She graduated with a Ph.D. from the Ontario Institute of Studies and Education at the University of Toronto (OISE/UT). Prior to becoming a school psychologist, she was a Special Education Teacher, an elementary vice-principal, and a Faculty of Education Course Instruction.
Dr. Ann Marie specializes in conducting comprehensive, compassionate, and timely psycho-educational and psycho-diagnostic assessments. She often works with students who may have learning disabilities, Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Intellectual Disabilities and students who may be gifted. In addition, she also conducts mental health assessments and has a particular interest within the areas of anxiety, depression, emotional regulation and obsessive-compulsive disorder.
Dr. Ann Marie grew up and lives in Oakville. She and her husband have two growing boys. They enjoy spending their spare time outdoors and being active. Those that know Ann Marie can attest to her warmth, sensitivity, and compassion in helping others.
